You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return, no questions asked. If you're not happy with your order, simply contact us within this period and we'll help you.
For customers in the European Union, this includes and exceeds your legal right of withdrawal (a minimum of 14 calendar days under EU consumer law).

On top of the return period, God Speaks Co. offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your order.
If the product doesn't meet your expectations or has any issue, contact us within this period and we'll review your case and offer a solution.
This commercial guarantee does not replace, limit or reduce any legal rights you may have as a consumer.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:
· The product is in the same condition in which it was received
· It has not been misused or damaged by the customer
· It is complete, with all its original components
· It is accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns of:
· Personalized or custom-made products
· Gift cards or promotional vouchers
· Products that, for hygiene or safety reasons, cannot be returned once opened or handled, where applicable law allows
Any other product purchased at God Speaks Co. may be returned within the applicable period, provided it meets the conditions above.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Within a maximum of 48 business hours we'll reply with specific instructions and the return address.
Once we receive the product, we'll inspect it to verify its condition.
IMPORTANT: We do not accept packages sent without first requesting a return by email.

RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the following cases:
· The product arrived damaged or defective

REFUNDS
